Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Stranger Meet Ahmedabad (the “Platform”), a private social community for adults. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old and complete profile (selfie) verification to use messaging, posting, friend requests and ticket purchases. You confirm that your date of birth and details are true. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18, or using false information, are removed.

2. What the Platform is (and isn't)

Stranger Meet Ahmedabad helps adults make friends, find compatible people and attend social events such as disco nights, rooftop parties, private socials and meetups. It is not an escort, paid-companionship or adult-content service. No explicit content is allowed anywhere on the Platform.

3. Identity & privacy

Your username is your public identity. Your real name, email address and phone number are never shown to other members. Profiles are private by default: non-friends see only your username, age, city, badges and your main photo (blurred unless you choose otherwise).

4. Your conduct

Follow our Community Guidelines: mutual consent, respect, no harassment, no solicitation, no sharing of other members' information or screenshots outside the Platform.

5. Events, hosts & tickets

Hosts are independent members and are responsible for the legality and safety of their events. Tickets are single-entry QR codes tied to your account; they are checked once at the door and cannot be reused. See Payments & Refunds.

6. VIP membership

VIP plans (Free Trial, Silver, Gold) give extra features for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Features and prices may change; changes never shorten a period you have already paid for.

7. Messages, photos & moderation

For the safety of our community, messages (including private messages) and uploaded images may be reviewed by administrators when investigating reports or safety issues; every such access is recorded in an audit log. Every uploaded image is automatically screened for nudity on your device and may be held for human review. Automated detection is not 100% accurate.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of your content but grant us a licence to display it on the Platform to the audience you choose. Illegal, explicit, hateful or infringing content is removed and may lead to a ban.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms, without refund of VIP fees.

10. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from meetings or interactions between members.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Contact: support@strangermeet.online.
